We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data across various systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
  2. Verify and cross-check information for errors or inconsistencies.
  3. Maintain records and ensure data integrity at all times.
  4. Perform regular data backups and security checks.
  5. Generate simple reports as required by management.
  6. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  2. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace.
  5. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (but not required):

  1. Experience with [CRM / ERP / Hubstaff / QuickBooks / other software you use].
  2. Knowledge of basic data analysis or reporting.
