As we enter our next growth phase, we’re hiring two Senior Fullstack Engineers to be foundational members of our high-performing team.

Role Summary:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will take on a leading role in architecting, developing, and scaling our enterprise SaaS platform for agentic IT automation. You’ll work across the full stack—frontend, backend, cloud, and deployment pipelines—using React, TypeScript, Go, and Postgres. Your work will have a direct, visible impact on our technology and customers, enabling automation at scale in high-stakes enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect, build, and maintain fullstack web applications using React (frontend), TypeScript, Go (backend), and Postgres (database).
2. Deliver robust, secure, and scalable code for enterprise-grade automation, adhering to industry standards and frameworks including SOC2 and GDPR.
3. Engineer deployment strategies using Docker and Electron, enabling seamless cross-platform agent deployment to enterprise customers.
4. Take ownership of infrastructure as code (IaC) using AWS, Terraform, and related tools to ensure cloud environments are automated, reproducible, and secure.
5. Collaborate closely with founding engineers and product leaders to turn ambitious product goals into actionable technical solutions.
6. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to a strong, supportive engineering culture.
7. Stay agile and adaptable to rapid changes in product direction and customer needs, responding with high-quality solutions at startup speed.
8. Continuously improve systems, processes, and product quality, driving innovation in agentic automation and AI-powered IT management.

What You Bring:

1. 4–10 years of fullstack software engineering experience, ideally in high-growth, VC-backed startups (Seed to Series B).
2. Strong backend skills, with deep knowledge of systems design, cloud architecture, and infrastructure best practices.
3. Advanced experience building with React, TypeScript, Go, and Postgres.
4. Demonstrated expertise with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and general Infrastructure as Code tooling.
5. Proven ability to ship secure, enterprise SaaS solutions compliant with SOC2, GDPR, and related standards.
6. History of building and scaling automation tools, agentic AI systems, LLM-powered solutions, or similarly innovative platforms.
7. Track record of delivering fast, high-quality software without compromising technical standards.
8. Computer Science degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., UC Berkeley, Georgia Tech, University of Toronto, or similar).
