As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at MotorK, you will play a crucial role in our platform's vision, particularly within the


WordPress ecosystem. Your leadership in significant technology initiatives will contribute to defining the technical


direction of the company.


Requirements

  1. Proficiency in the WordPress ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.
  2. Expertise in front-end technologies: CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Tailwind, Alpine.
  3. Strong back-end skills, particularly in PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
  4. Experience with containerisation technologies, specifically Docker, and understanding of container orchestration.
  5. Solid foundation in database technologies, with the ability to design, query, and manage databases effectively.
  6. Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and experience with cloud services.
  7. DevOps mindset, with an emphasis on automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  8. Keen attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality, efficient code.
  9. Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support without assuming a direct leadership role.


What You'll Do:


  1. Lead major technology initiatives from inception to successful deployment, with a focus on WordPress and related technologies.
  2. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve product objectives and contribute to the technical roadmap.
  3. Utilize and enhance the WordPress ecosystem, alongside technologies such as CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PHP.
  4. Laravel, Docker, various databases, modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud infrastructures.
