As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at MotorK, you will play a crucial role in our platform's vision, particularly within the
WordPress ecosystem. Your leadership in significant technology initiatives will contribute to defining the technical
direction of the company.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the WordPress ecosystem, including themes, plugins, and core functionality.
- Expertise in front-end technologies: CSS, JavaScript, HTML, Tailwind, Alpine.
- Strong back-end skills, particularly in PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
- Experience with containerisation technologies, specifically Docker, and understanding of container orchestration.
- Solid foundation in database technologies, with the ability to design, query, and manage databases effectively.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructures and experience with cloud services.
- DevOps mindset, with an emphasis on automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Keen attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality, efficient code.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support without assuming a direct leadership role.
What You'll Do:
- Lead major technology initiatives from inception to successful deployment, with a focus on WordPress and related technologies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve product objectives and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Utilize and enhance the WordPress ecosystem, alongside technologies such as CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PHP.
- Laravel, Docker, various databases, modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud infrastructures.
