Functieomschrijving
As a Senior Front End Developer (Angular), you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performing, intuitive user interfaces using Angular and CSS
- Ensure front end code quality by writing unit and integration tests using tools such as Jasmine, Karma, or similar
- Collaborate with the back end team to integrate features and ensure smooth communication between application layers
- Optimize front end performance to guarantee a fast and seamless user experience
- Actively contribute to design discussions and help establish best practices for front end development
- Understand the basics of back end development (Java, Spring Boot) to better integrate front end solutions across projects
- Contribute to the design and use of CI/CD pipelines to automate front end deployments
- Participate in the development and deployment of mobile applications on Android and Apple stores, ensuring compliance with platform requirementsHave a working knowledge of Docker and container environments to ensure effective collaboration between front end and back end
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into relevant technical solutions

The ideal candidate for a Senior Front End Developer (Angular) position would have the following skills:
Soft & Technical Skills
- Significant experience in front end development with regular contributions to back end layers (at least 10 years of experience)
- Familiarity with the integration and publication processes of mobile applications on Android and Apple stores
- Technically curious, with the ability to learn and grow in dynamic environments
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detailFluency in Dutch or French
- Good written knowledge of technical EnglishExcellent command of Angular and CSS, along with front end testing tools (e.g., Jasmine, Karma)
- Solid skills in front end integration and development, with a focus on performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
- Good understanding of mobile app development and deployment processes, including store requirements (Android & Apple)
- Functional knowledge of back end development, especially in Java and Spring Boot
- Interest in modern technologies such as CI/CD, Docker, and the ability to collaborate across diverse technical environments
- Ability to understand business needs and integrate appropriate technical solutions
- Team-oriented mindset and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
