About the Role:
As our fifth engineering hire, you will have full ownership over major product features. You will design and build new features and talk to customers. You will play a significant role in shaping our engineering team’s culture and work closely with the founders.
Some examples of projects you might work on:
A collaborative prompt engineering playground for teams to quickly test and compare prompts
A no-code workflow builder for LLM-powered applications
A customizable observability dashboard
Our Stack:
Our backend uses Python+FastAPI, with Postgres (and potentially Clickhouse) for our database. We use NextJS+React for our frontend and manage deployments with Kubernetes and Docker Compose. About You:
- You have 4+ years of experience in frontend engineering and broad knowledge in various technologies.
- You have working experience building applications with TypeScript, React and Nextjs
- You’re a 10x Engineer, considered a top engineer in your previous roles.
- You have some experience in UI/UX design even in side projects, you don’t shy away from building mockups and designing workflows.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in founding a startup or working in an early-stage startup.
- Previous Python experience
- Experience in building LLM applications.
Ownership:
Every engineer at Agenta plays both the role of a project manager and a developer. This encompasses designing features, interacting with customers, overseeing deployment, and managing bug reports.
